How we work
Installation by the team that built it.
The fitting team works for us, not for an agency. They know the drawing because they welded to it, and most jobs are bolted down and handed over inside a day.

Before the day
We confirm the date a week ahead, tell you what time the lorry arrives and how long we expect to be, and let you know if anything needs doing first: a concrete pad, a wall opening, a parking suspension in town.
On the day
The stair or balustrade arrives galvanised and coated, in sections that suit the access we noted on the survey. The old stair, if there is one, comes down first. The new one is positioned, checked for level and plumb, bolted to the structure with the fixings on the drawing, and the joints made good. We clear up and take the packaging and the old metalwork away.
Handover
You receive the as-built drawing, the fixing schedule and the galvanising and coating details in case you ever need to match them. Any snag is put right on a return visit at no charge.
Working around people
Occupied flats, trading shops and schools in term time are normal for us. We plan the work to keep routes open, fence off the area while the stair is unsupported, and time noisy work sensibly.
Same-day estimates
Have a drawing, a photo or a tender pack? We will price it today.
Email it, send it through the form, or ring the workshop in East Grinstead and talk it through with the person who will design it.
