What we keep
An enquiry by telephone, email or the estimate form gives us your name, a way to reply, the site address and your description of the job. Drawings or pictures attached to the form are stored with it.
Why we keep it
To price the job, book the survey, make the steelwork and fit it, and to keep the drawings and paperwork that go with a finished installation. We keep job records for six years for accounting and guarantee reasons.
Who has access
The office and workshop staff dealing with your job. The galvaniser or coater receives a delivery address only. An engineer receives the drawing when a calculation is needed. Our email and website hosting providers process enquiries on our behalf. We never sell or share details for marketing.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets no advertising cookies. Basic visit counts, where used, are anonymous. The map on the contact page is served by Google and the typefaces by Google Fonts, so both receive your IP address.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it once your job is complete and the record-keeping period has passed. Email the address on the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
